Servant-Leadership

At Socratic School of STEM,  leadership begins with service. We believe leadership is not about authority or position, but about responsibility, empathy, and action. Learners are invited to notice needs, ask thoughtful questions, and use their skills to serve others and improve the world around them.

Servant leadership is woven into daily studio life, projects, and community expectations. It shapes how learners collaborate, resolve challenges, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
