Tuition

• Core academics and daily instructional programming
• Project-based STEM learning and standard classroom materials
• Learning resources and platforms used in day-to-day instruction
• Family conferences, communication, and student support structures
• Community programming and school events (as scheduled)

• Tuition is billed over ten monthly installments and is typically paid through automatic draft.

• To secure a scholar’s enrollment, a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s tuition is required. This deposit is applied toward the final month of tuition and is due upon enrollment, typically within seven days of acceptance, unless otherwise outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.

A sibling tuition discount is available for families with multiple children enrolled at the School at the same time. The discount is 5% for the second enrolled sibling, 10% for the third enrolled sibling, and up to 15% for the fourth and each additional enrolled sibling thereafter. The discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to fees, deposits, Extended Day, camps, or other auxiliary programs, unless otherwise expressly stated by the School.

Some programs and services at Socratic School of STEM extend beyond core tuition and may carry additional fees. Any applicable fees are clearly communicated in advance.

Founders Studio Materials Fee (K–2)

An annual $250 materials fee supports the hands-on learning environment in our Founders Studio, including Montessori-inspired materials, STEM exploration tools, and creative supplies that are used throughout the year.

Technology & Robotics Fee (Grades 3–12)

An annual $500 fee supports student devices, software platforms, and robotics/STEM materials essential to project-based learning. This fee is billed alongside tuition.

After-School Care (ASC)

After-School Care is not included in tuition. Program details and pricing for the 2026–27 school year are provided during enrollment.

Payment Processing

A convenience fee (typically around 3%) may apply to credit card payments. ACH/autopay options are available and are typically free of additional charges.

Optional Experiences

From time to time, scholars may choose to participate in optional offerings such as private lessons, extracurricular teams, competitions, select on- or off-campus experiences, or specialized project materials. These opportunities may carry additional fees when applicable.
